For active client engagements, we also keep the business and billing details needed to invoice you. We do not ask for or process sensitive personal information (such as health, race, religion, or similar categories). Please share only what is needed to handle your request, and keep it accurate.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers collect limited technical information, such as the pages you view, your approximate region, the type of device or browser you use, and the referring site. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not use cookies to track you across other websites or build advertising profiles.

- Google Workspace — our business email, used to receive and respond to your messages.
- cal.com — scheduling, when you book a call with us.
- Stripe — payment processing for client invoices (card and ACH).
We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. In any such transfer, we would require the information to remain subject to protections consistent with this policy.
4. Cookies and Analytics
In short: we use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is designed to respect privacy: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing cookies on this site.
Your browser may store small files needed for basic site function and security. You can set your browser to remove or reject these, though some features may not work as intended if you do.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
In short: we keep your information only as long as we need it, or as the law requires.
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship. Records tied to a client engagement (including invoices) are kept for the period required by tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate need to keep your information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We work to protect your information with appropriate safeguards, and we rely on established providers that maintain their own security programs. In short: our services are for businesses and are not directed to children.
