Refund Policy

Gardwyn LLC provides professional services to businesses: trustworthy, evaluated AI engineering, consulting, and AI Trust Audits. We do not sell retail or consumer products, and we do not process direct consumer credit-card payments through this domain. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing questions are handled.

Engagements are governed by your agreement

Every engagement is governed by a specific written agreement, such as a Statement of Work (SOW) or order, signed before work begins. That agreement is the controlling document for fees, deliverables, milestones, and any cancellation or refund terms. Where this policy and your signed agreement differ, your agreement governs.

Because our work is bespoke and delivered to your specification, fees for services already performed are non-refundable unless your signed agreement states otherwise.

Cancellations

You may end an active engagement under the notice and termination terms set out in your agreement. On cancellation:

• Work completed up to the effective cancellation date is billable.
• Unearned amounts you have prepaid, if any, are handled as your agreement specifies.
• Any cancellation or kill fee applies only if it is named in your agreement.

Pilots and trials

If an engagement is structured as a pilot, trial, or fixed-scope assessment, such as an AI Trust Audit pilot, its specific scope, fee, and refund terms are defined in that engagement's agreement and take precedence over the general terms above.

How billing works

Client engagements are billed through bespoke digital invoices. Card and ACH payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. We do not store full card details on this domain.

Raising a billing question

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, or you have a question about a charge or a refund under your agreement, contact us before paying or as soon as you notice the issue. Email [email protected] with your company name, the invoice number, and a short description, and we will review it with you in good faith.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
